Poetry: Walking with God

by Steven Wagner

Created on: May 17, 2008

On a long narrow
glorious road I walk
broken me, I walk
A road fit for only two feet yet
alone I am not Someone's next to me
broken me, I walk
Ups and downs and turns I make
my feet feel blistered my legs they ache
broken me, I walk
my drive is fading my faith is dry
if I can just hold on my victory draweth nigh
broken me, I walk
My eyes are opened its God I see
I wandered off and He waits for me
Blessed me, I walk
I walk with God now
nothing more I worry for
Blessed me, I walk
I love God
He loves me too
Blessed me, with God I walk.
