You may be asking yourself why Mariah Carey married Nick Cannon. You may ask yourself why Mariah Carey would marry and unknown baby who doesn't have half the money she does. Who isn't that hot and who was never seen together prior to getting married. I will tell you why. I was on the phone with a friend of mine from New York (I live in Florida) when one of the DJ's broke the news that Mariah Carey is a lesbian. Mariah Carey would go on vacations with her significant other 'Da Brat' that many of you know from early 90's rap music (one song that was the biggest was Funkdafied). Also you might have seen Da Brat on Celebrity Big Brother or whatever that show was called. Anyway, I did some internet research immediately and there were pictures of her and Da Brat on vacation together and going out together. Not only that Mariah Carey made an album in 1999 called RAINBOW with a big picture of a rainbow on it. For those of you not in the know a Rainbow is a sign of GAY PRIDE (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_flag). They had managed to keep it quiet as long as they could and when it finally got leaked out she panicked and married the first little guy she could grab. I believe they were out filming a video together and they had met for the first time that weekend. She saw him, she said hey this is an easy and fast way to get out of the Lesbian stigma (not that there's anything wrong with that) and she married the little boy. She probably cut him a deal. If he can make it work for a year they have beat out all the hetero couples in hollywood anyway. haha.

Mariah Carey would even put Da Brat on her albums, I guess because Da Brat couldn't make it on her own, (Always be my Baby, Heartbreaker, Heat 4real 4real, I still believe, Loverboy, etc). And Da Brat would put Mariah on her albums (Can't let go, Got a thing for you).

It must be killing Da Brat to watch all the Mariah/Nick Hype thats going all over the place right now. I couldn't imaging every having to watch the person I love marry someone else simply because our relationship is not 'acceptable' by societies rules.

I personally do not watch TMZ, I don't watch E Enterainment and I do not watch any show that harasses stars to no end. I think its horrible the way they stalk them and they have no privacy. As a result they are lonelier than before they were famous. Not able to trust anyone, not able to be normal but they ask for it. They want it, they crave that attention. Sometimes I feel sorry for them but then I remember they have millions and I don't.
