I can think of no greater honor than this
For you to consider my words worthy of your own
Is a compliment of sorts, though it's frowned upon
Using my words to express how you feel
Can not be a bad thing at all, I don't think
As long as you use and use well, Mr. Hews
Your words, I mean mine are all free
Just keep profit down and no one has to know
And don't let my peers see your work
For some are more bitter and selfish than me
And consider their work all their own
But how can words spread and achieve all they can
If they're locked in a box and kept safe from the world
If you write only for personal gain
It's sad you see poetry this way
So what I believe I am trying to say
Before you take my name and my words
Is if you feel the need to express with my work
Then rule number one,
Don't Get Caught!
