The diet may work for you but chances are that you're going to pay for it later with at least one of a host of problems connected with your digestive system. Health professionals will tell you to just eat sensibly but what does that mean? If you look in your silverware drawer, you'll see the large serving spoons. Don't mistake the soupspoon for being the largest. That big serving spoon is about one serving of food. It isn't foolproof but it makes an excellent guide. If your serving of one food is larger than what will fit in that spoon, it's probably too much. Do you still feel like you need to lose weight? So that you don't do harm to your body, talk to your doctor about what type of diet is right for you. Just because a weight loss strategy worked for a friend, it doesn't mean it will work for you.
Your Mind-Set
Do you basically like yourself? It will show up in the way you look. I have found that spending just a half hour in meditational prayer each day helps me like myself more. I am told that it does show up in how I look to others. If you aren't one for prayer, there are ways to meditate without religion. By doing things that are positive for your hair, face, body, and mind you can really make a difference in how you look. Looking good naturally doesn't takes very much time from your daily schedule either.
