Another benefit of jumping rope is that its a very simple exercise. All you need is a good pair of athletic sneakers, a jump rope, and access to the outdoors. You can take your jump rope anywhere so missing a workout on vacation never has to be a worry.

If you already have athletic sneakers you can start your jump rope exercise routine for less than $10. Don't let expensive gym membership fees block your pursuit for a healthier lifestyle. Also, don't forget that jump rope can be a great family activity. What could be better than bringing your family together and helping everyone get in shape quick!

Basic Jumps:

Two Foot Jump- This is your most basic, and easiest jump. As you swing the rope in front of you jump slightly in the air to let the rope pass beneath your feet.
