By adopting good financial management skills,young adults can become financially stable at an early age. The best start comes with healthy spending and earning habits. Healthy spending and earning habits come from the right application of Law. The right application of Law comes from the application of actual facts in all matters pertaining to money.

Rule number one should be to save at least ten percent of any money you receive, be it your allowance, wages from a job or fees from services you provide to others. By establishing yourself in a service oriented activity, such as babysitting, lawn service, bookkeeping, checkbook reconciliations, graphic arts, or errand based services is an excellent way to earn money. When you create a job for yourself, you are in a position to get first count on your money and that is the best way to manage your money for stability. Stability comes from the right application of Law and by using actual facts in all circumstances.

Actual facts are those things that exist, the way it is and is not presumptuous. It is presumptuous to think that you have to spend large sums of money to buy designer clothing.
In the first place, when you buy designer clothes, you are advertising the brand that you are wearing, therefore, you should receive a portion of the advertising budget or you should not wear that brand. Do you agree? The following rule should be adopted: "I will not develop money blues by wearing and advertising somebody else's name". Spending large sums of money on designer clothing will soon deplete your finances.

It is presumptuous to think that you have to do things because everyone else does them. Remember the one who is misleading you will not tell you actual facts, it is up to you to do your research to determine what the actual facts are. One big presumption that is depriving many people of the right to pursue happiness is income taxes. I have researched and inquired of many people a law that requires one to pay income taxes and to this day, I have not found one. I am not trying to tell you to do anything, simply exposing our young adults to principles that lead to financial management skills that will enhance and protect their financial future.

As I conclude this article, I will leave you with this final thought: "It is better to give than it is to receive". Good service is a principle that sustains humanity. Dr. Martin Luther King once said, as I paraphrase, good servers are the most successful ones.
