Apology
Saying I'm sorry,
It's hard to do.
I know I must hurry,
Or else I'll lose you.
Six months ago, my life changed
It will never be the same.
Some people say I'm deranged;
That you are just playing a game.
Then you gave me a rose,
A sign of love, or goodbye?
A shudder of fear from my head to my toes,
If I've lost you, I'm sure that I'll die!
I find it hard to eat or sleep,
I almost feel despair.
My love for you has grown so deep,
What if you no longer care?
What about Amanda and Chris?
Please don't leave me now...
Will I ever survive this?
I'm not sure, I don't know how.
But wait, you haven't left me yet,
So why should I want to cry?
You are the best I'll ever get,
We will save our love, if we try!
I'm sorry, my love, I say it now,
I pray you will forgive me.
Let's forget this little row,
And may the happiness be free.
