Charity is essentially voluntary. And many of the organizations are crying out for volunteers, all these organizations do is good work that really should already be taken care of by the government but thats a whole other story. Maybe we need Charity's for people to show their generosity especially those with high public profiles, celebrities alike. Maybe instead of people donating to charity they could put in their time and effort to help their chosen charities, that would boost their good willed public profile.
Lets be realistic, people don't often have the time to help Charity's out as much as they need, there's too much on the television isn't there? Isn't there too much going on in our hectic life's to be donating time to Charity's?!
Well maybe if we were all compelled to help out it would make the world of difference, imagine if everyone in your community was compelled to put in just one hour of charity work a week, imagine the difference that would make. Imagine if each and every person in your whole town or city, state or country was to put in just one hour a week. Of course the argument against would be the outrage of people being forced to do charity work, human rights, freedom of choice, the quality of their work if they were made to do it may not be what they are fully capable of.
So maybe if we all took it upon ourselves to donate just an hour a week to a charity to charity, it could be fund raising, collecting clothes to sell to raise money or giving them to the poor, helping the elderly it would benefit us all, it would show an excellent example to the youths of today and if they took on the concept of donating time to charity then maybe they will be helping us when we are old and in need of charity.
Lets do it, lets help, lets give our time to charity.
I have compelled my family and I for the next month to help out with local charities, my neighbor runs a charity shop and informed me that everybody can be of use, weather you help out in a shop, collect clothes to seel in the shop, sort through the clothes, was the clothes, iron the clothes, help with window displays, help take the money and general shop housekeeping duties.
So compel yourself and you families to help out with charity work, i can almost guarantee you will feel better for it.
Fundraising is also a major factor for charity, so theres another way you can help, theres a way for absolutly everbody to help, so maybe if we were compelled to help we would work at finding what suits us and make a world of chance, make a difference and lead by example, what could be better then that?
