I believe in a higher purpose within life. It isn't enough to believe in a God or Gods, but to appreciate life itself for what it is.
I believe all religious beliefs are valid, however life like all religions or spiritual beliefs are like pieces of a puzzle, they all fit together. One must find the correct pieces that fit into their life and apply as needed. Every living creation has a higher purpose.
I believe my purpose in life is my children. I am a mother of four children, and for several years I have been waiting to do something with my life. It is only recently that I have come to realize my purpose lies within my children. I don't need to prove I have done my job for humanity or the universe, my own interest in religion and spiritual beliefs will influence my children and their choices in their own lives, they are my success. My failure in life is not recognizing my purpose sooner. I wanted to do so many different things for a career and to do "well" at it. However, it would seem my children are my job and I feel that I do very "well" at it.
I believe I will teach my children that the earth is made of many creatures and dimensions, to appreciate all life, fear is the only thing that can stop them from succeeding, and to be the best at whatever it is they decide to do in their life. I hope they are able to gain so much more on their path.
I believe life is not about personal success and monetary gain. Life is so much more than the body's physical pleasures and spiritual changes (such as child birth; sex; death of a loved one or friend; or a traumatic incident).
I believe we are NOT alone in the universe and I hope to see the day that the Christ like being returns to lead us into enlightenment.
I believe we are a very complex being, each cell working like an individual machine working with billions of other little machines. Our hearts are our communication devices for a higher power, with out the heart we cannot exist, the brain may be able to communicate but we can still be alive just not mentally present with out a brain.
I believe we as humans are the missing link between our ancestral Neanderthal and the highly advanced beings that brought us into being.
I believe good and evil exist, I have experienced other worldly evil, and all should be aware it is very real, but be not afraid. As humans with souls, or spirits, of light and free will, we have control over such evils. We can choose to be a part of it and allow it to consume us or we can rise above like light, allowing ourselves to fly.
I believe in life we can achieve enlightenment.
