My daughter an angel that God gave to me.
Sweet as a rose that fell from a tree.
She's always there with welcoming song.
And never a question when I go wrong.
She helps the needy far and wide.
Travels to see them over the tides.

Her wondrous goodness brings me a tear.
If you come across this angel of mine.
Be sure to say hello just one time.
If you need a friend with a listening ear.
My angel will guide you and always be near.
