Clarity
Other people's opinions
Do not define me!
Only undermine
My ability
To choose
The road less traveled.
It is they
That would prefer
That I walked
In their paths paved in gravel;
By conformists
Whose avenues split
Everywhere their
Political views shift;
But you'll never find me
Lost on a route like this
And indelible maze
Of inevitable turns and twists.
Me,
I choose to go with the wind
To bask in the flower beds
Of where nature's trail bends.
It is here that I find myself,
Alone,
On a road that never ends.
