Poetry: Female humor

by Ava St. Clair

Created on: May 14, 2008

There it resides on the top of my head
That cantankerous gray hair
The one that I dread

I apply hair products boasting various uses

To be tamed by my hand
And yield to the command
To lie flat and not stand

And so it continues to live on my head
That cantankerous gray hair
The one that I dread
