I need to clear my head
Lay down in my bed
Because I want to write something brilliant
And this something really isn't
So I guess I'll leave it be
I put away my paper
Lay down my age-old pen
I want to write something breathe-taking
Like something about Heaven
But I will leave it be
I woke up to a clear dawn
A dream still in my eyes
The anxiety was all gone
For the dream said to my surprise
Just leave it be
Write without feeling
And write without words
Write without reaching
When yor heart feel's like a bird's
Now that's clarity

but still, Let me be clear,
my broken life so marred by sin,
is, also, to TRUTH near.
