Hangovers: A freshly made banana milkshake, sweetened with a little organic honey is one of the best hangover remedies available. The banana in the milkshake helps to calm the stomach when you have a hangover; the honey helps to builds up your minimal blood sugar levels. The milk soothes and also helps to re-hydrates your body.
Heartburn: Because the banana has a great and a natural antacid effect in your body, it is brilliant for combating heartburn.
Morning Sickness: This is a common side effect of pregnancy and there are not many real ways to stop it. Eating a banana when you start to feel ill or in between meals can help keep you blood sugar high, this will help to avoid morning sickness.
