A Thank You to My Sister, Tanya
A message in a bottle just to let you know some things,
Like the joy that you and all your creativity brings.
It's a treat to be the subject of your keen artistic vision,
I understand the motive when you feel you're on a mission.
I share in your excitement when you're planning a surprise,
It is worth every ounce of energy to see joy in someone's eyes.
I am proud and I am privileged to partake in your production,
You make it clear to all of us the purpose and the function.
Each scheme that you have hatched has been a flawless novelty,
You have really paid attention and fit each recipient to a T.
With gratitude I salute your selfless, soul endeavor,
There's no expecting less from one so talented and clever.
My words come from the heart that has been touched by bits of heaven,
The ones that you bestowed upon the sisters seven.

Thank You, Lord
Thank You, Lord, for wanting me,
To be a part of Your great plan,
I could have been a tall oak tree,
Or not
The words thank you are so simple
Yet rarely ever said
As we lift ourselves
And go about our daily lives
We should acknowledge
Thank You
of all that I could say,
if ever I saw you today.
if I could just once find
you, Thank You, never crossed my mind.
