Ok, this is a crazy theory, but people expect that sort of thing from me. This particular theory is the result of years of exposure to conservative Christianity, new age beliefs, logic, rationality and, believe it or not, technology. Before throwing up any barriers to these ideas, read through this article and then just think about it for a while, with an open mind. Then decide just how crazy it is.
What if, and I emphasize 'if', everyone on the planet was simply a node (a single connection) on God's version of the internet? We would, by definition of what a network is, be part of God, and God would be part of us, instead of entities created and separated from God, as many people believe. God would be the power and informational source of this network, the big data server in the sky, if you will, and the strength of our connectivity to the network, and therefore the data server (God), would be dependent on the bandwidth (size) and quality of our connection.
It could be argued that the bandwidth and quality of our connection to the data server (God) is dependent on how often we use the connection to the data server, in other words, how often we communicate with the data server. If we don't communicate very often with the server our connection becomes out of date and the quality of communication degrades, so in those instances when we really need something from the data server (God), our ability to make the connection and get what we need is very difficult. We also develop very limited views and become close minded if we do a lot of standalone' processing.
Those of you that have a high bandwidth, high quality connection to God's data server are able to tap the vast resources of his power and knowledge to bring abundance and happiness into your lives. And the absolute best connection in existence today is probably using less than 1% of the potential! (The potential power of this network is unfathomable.)
Those of you who have allowed the connection to decay, if you will, are void of the happiness and fulfillment that could be present otherwise. You may be 'successful' in life, according to all ego-defined descriptions of success, but still not be happy. It's a trite saying, but it's true that 'money and things don't buy happiness'.
Now, how is it we optimize the connection with the data server (God)? Our communications occur when we slow down our hectic lives for a few minutes every day and make a conscious effort to speak across the network to the data server. Whether
