Glass Case.
Here i am stuck in a glass case,
a coffin of sorts,
it was made from my tears,
from all of my fears
and all those lost years.
He was not old, but not young.
He was not mean, but not kind.
He was more than words can say.
His Spirit has drifted away.
I died and was trapped, in myself,
in my fears and tears shed for
lost years.
I lay here trapped in his memory,
He is still in my heart but that is dead too.
I'm gone, so far gone, trapped in this case,
this coffin,
longing once more for his sweet embrace.
In this glass chamber, mine and his final resting place,
This Glass Case.

Poetry: Death of a loved one
by Judi B
Heaven Has My Hero Now
Heaven has my hero now,
My life with you is gone.
It's changed in oh, so many ways
But yet continues
"Never"
(In Loving Memory
For my Tattooed Queen)
Taken away before your time,
The debt paid before the crime,
Left but never
The Long Wait
The leaves fell down
Upon the autumn grass;
Frailty in every shade of red...
I sat by the window for a closer
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you
Neither sunrise nor sunset that I don't hear your voice
Or miss your laugh
And
Lights shine off in the distance
Nothing but blackness appears
There is resistance
Death whispers in my ear
He talks of a life
