Song written by my 15 yr old son, Bryan Clark
Society's Song
Melodies of haunting nature,
turning back to the time I met her.
Running through the corridors,
seeping thru my brain and all my pores.
Bringing back a time of pain,
trying to remember her name.
Now the rhythm is flowing,
all my heart and soul is showing.
It's how she said those words to me,
that struck the bare nerves you see.
Love is the price you pay,
then you hear the voices say.
Chorus
Society has broken down,
time to get out of this town.
They don't except you,
and don't want you around.
So fall to the ground boy,
just fall to the ground.
She turned to say I'm sorry,
stay calm boy, don't you worry.
Down on her knees to console me,
turned me into the man I wanna be.
Closer to her heart
what I knew from the start.
Chorus
Society has broken down,
time to get out of this town.
They don't except you,
and don't want you around.
So fall to the ground boy,
just fall to the ground.
Bridge
Can you hear the music build,
going strong, it will never yield.
instumental buzz coming from my hive,
it feeds my soul and keeps me alive.
Let her stay down by my side,
Let it ride, just let it ride.
Chorus
Society has broken down,
time to get out of this town.
They don't except you,
and don't want you around.
So fall to the ground boy,
just fall to the ground.
