How bananas can benefit one's health

Banana's are grown in tropical climates. There are over 107 countries that grow banana's. Brazil,South America is the leading grower of banana's.

Banana's are grown in bunches. These bunches hang upside down and have triers.They have anywhere from 3 to 20 tiers on a bunch. There are about 20 fruit on a tier.

Banana's are a very healthy food and they make a great snack. You can peel them and eat them right out of there skin. There are only 86 calories in a medium banana. Banana's make there own natural sugar from sucrose,fructose and glucose. Another way of eating them is using them in desserts. Such as banana fritters,banana pudding,banana bread,and a banana split. You can also make a sauce. Slice banana's,add sugar and lemon and heat to a boil. You can put this sweet sauce on top of cake or ice cream.

There are many vitamin's in the banana. They have vitamin B6,vitamin C,fiber,calcium and Potassium. Banana's also have there own natural sugars-sucrose,fructose and glucose combined with fiber. So you get a good natural energy boost when you eat them.



Medically the banana is good for a large number of ailments.Some of these are:

Anemia- Banana's are high in iron.

Blood Pressure- Extremely high in Potassium and low in salt.It can reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke death by 40%.

Nerves-high in B vitamins if eaten regularity. B vitamins calm the nervous system.

Constipation -High in fiber

Depression- You feel better after eating a banana. It contains triyptophan a protein that is converted into serotonin that helps you to relax.

Banana's have four times the protein of an apple. Three times the phosphors, five times the vitamin A and iron and twice the vitamins and minerals. Well, now you can say instead " A Banana A Day Helps Keeps The Doctor Away."
