Order my thoughts
Or be my guide
Through this maze
I roam inside.
I feel so lost
Drunk in despair
Frustrated by memories
Afraid to care.
My hope rends me
From dark safety
Dragged into sunshine
I wish to flee.
I am left exposed
In emotional vulnerability
I am not stronger
Than my frailty.
So help me now
No longer know
These feelings that threaten
My self-control.
Help me gain freedom
From my internal hostility
Stop my self-destruction
Please deliver me.
Can you help me?
Do you know how?
I am crumbling
I need you now.
I feel so trapped
Please set me free
I cannot find
That simple key.
So order my thoughts
Please make me whole
This ranting inside
Takes its toll.

First were the rumors,
