There are hundreds and hundreds of stories out there of when you should be eating the most and when you should be eating less. Everyone knows what works for them, well I tend to eat breakfast in the morning now I do not go and eat bacon, sausage, or ham but I do eat whole wheat toast and maybe a boiled egg. If your trying to maintain weight or succeed with weight loss never over induldge there is never a need for that. I believe that you should always have a little snack while your waiting for your lunch as in a small apple or something in this nature. Your lunch I think should be your biggest meal and my reason behind this is I mean if your getting home at six in the eveing and not sitting down to dinner until eight pm that is too late to eat a hearty meal that close to bed time. There is really no chance to work it off. I have always eaten my main meal at lunch and it works great for me and the others I know that do this. You may be saying to yourself where am I going to get time to cook my main meal at lunch if I have only have an hour for break, well you could maybe cook a little extra a dinner and freeze it then you only need to zap it in the microwave for a few minutes.
