loved ones down. When you are obsessed with grieve for the lost of loved ones, or obsessed with sadness over your aging and sickness, you are letting your other loved ones down when you are not able to contribute any 'service' to them.
Life is all about 'service' to people. Service means doing some form of work to help people. Regardless of what service you do, there will always be of values and meaning to people. Thus work is all about service too! When you stop service, your values drop.
So, to accept aging, sickness and death, you need to accept the fact that life works naturally in this way! You need to pay a price to have an enjoyable meal. The meal may be good (happiness, birth etc), though you hate to see it half gone (aging, sickness ) or even completely gone (death) - you do not wish to end the beauty, and also to accept death, but remember, there are other meal awaiting you. You need to pay for this meal, after you have finished, even if you have not finished, the time will come when the restaurant need to be closed! Other meals are available at other restaurant if you like. If you want other meal from the same restaurant also can.
Remember, when one door shuts, another door opens. Aging is a door shuts to youth. Another door for old age opens. The door for good health close and the door for sickness opens. The door for life close when the door for death opens. Submit your fate when it comes. Do your best to provide your service to people, take good care of your health, and accept the parts and parcel of life.
