How to stay positive in such a negative world! First one has to realize that our perception of the world resonates from within. Much of worlds negativity can be altered, by merely changing our own attitude!
Our perspective about the world, begins the moment we awaken from sleep! A major factor on the outlook for the day, is how well we actually slept! Seemingly which day of the week it is, stimulates a positive or negative reaction on us as we emerge from bed. Gazing out the window we check the weather! Obviously we have no control over the elements, but we do over our thoughts!

We can institute activities into out daily lives, which are a plus for creating happiness. If it doesn't come natural for you to think of pleasant things- take a picture of something or someone that makes you smile, and keep it by your night stand- seeing this should bring a smile to your face-a perfect way to start any day! The first key- start each day with a smile and a positive attitude!
There are people who feel it is there destiny to change the world! What a daunting task, and I admire them greatly. Most of us, would just like to ease the stress of everyday living! Wisdom is so important in this area of our life-dwelling on the things we can change and letting go those things we cannot! It's important for our ego to know at the end of the day we have accomplished something! Perhaps we have a task we must complete or just need the day to relax-keep it within your grasp! The second key- using your wisdom-set a goal for your day!
Many things interrupt our plans for a perfectly wonderful day!
I believe this is called life! It is not so much what happens as a part of our daily venture, but how we handle it! Remember-there is always tomorrow and if there isn't-you aren't going to know it anyway! So learn to go with the flow! The third key-relax-what will be -will be!

Attitude! Attitude! Attitude! I really believe that if we start within our own homes and family circles to change our negative view of the world, we can. When all is stable there from within-move outwardly into our communities. Sharing ideas, thoughts and concerns, we realize we are not alone, many share in our views! We can support each other. Dwelling on the pro aspects of our world, instills a peacefulness inside all of us!
Laughter-one of the most contagious things we can give to another human being! The single most thing that keeps us positive in a negative world! LAUGHTER!
