What is your favorite beverage?

In this land of coffees mochas and, as I like to call them, sissy lala foofoo drinks I have found a local shop that makes the best drinks I have found. Firstly I do not drink coffee but, in my own defense, I love the way it smells.
I live between Los Angeles and Palm Springs,85 miles NE of Los Angeles, Ca in an area about 15 square miles designated as the Hemacinto Valley. We have three Starbucks, 3 Olivera's and numberous small coffee and smoothie shops in this area. Although we have recently had a boom in housing the population is still probably outnumbered by horses and milk cows.

Since I am always looking for new experiences I happened to see, about a year ago, a large line of vehicles behind the local Chevron station. As I drove behind the station I saw a small unasuming drive-thru photo-booth type shop with long lines on both sides. Little did I know at that time this would my favorite drink stop. I found a new coffee shop. The name is "CALI-COFFEE".
For the grand opening weekend this wonderful shop was giving away a different flavor ambrosia each day. Of course, they also carry a full menu of coffees, mochas, and sissy lala foofoo drinks for the coffee drinkers. To my surprise thesamples were full size drinks, not the souffle cup samples.
Peach, Mango, Wild Berries, oh my, a smoothie lovers smorgasboard. They squirt the whipped cream spirally from the bottom of the cup so that wonderful creamy taste is there from start to finish. Other flavors include Strawberry, Strawberry-Banana, and if you ask about a flavor they will do thier best to make you one. A Pineapple Smoothie on a hot day can be a wonderful experience.
The employees and owners are young, full of spirit and wonderful to deal with. Considering they open at 5 AM and close at 9 PM the smiles can really make your whole day better.
If you are ever near San Jacinto, Ca you should stop in at Ramona Expressway and State Street. Tell them Pat sent you.
The names are changed to reflect the California surfing craze, but I am told that the coffee drinks are wonderful. They carry Chai Tea, and as any other coffee shop, have available the shots of "wake up juice".
Judging from their MySpace page listing of friends and pictures this is a growing and highly agreeable merchant for all. Go ahead and check out the space, read all the comments from customers, and plan to visit the next time you are in the area.
