Best ways to avoid getting stressed

Things like stress can consume your life fairly quickly if your not on top of things. I know sometimes it may be hard to beat stress but it can be done before it leads to worst things like depression and then treatment. Around stressful holidays like christmas can really pack on stress so you need to have a game plan. If your one of those who carry other peoples worries on your shoulders you need to take a deep breath and realize how can you live your own life if your busy worrying about other people and their problems. The easiest way to get out of this without coming across as rude is to just let people know that your feeling a bit stressed and you would rather if they would not discuss these things with you right now. It does work...trust me. If your one of those people who leave things for the last minute try and be different the next time around. Whatever you feel you can do in one day go ahead and do it never leave it till tomorrow, you never know what tomorrow will bring. With chrismas you could have shopped before hand maybe even started in the summer months that way you will not feel the crunch on your budget as well as your mental health. You can simplify your life so much and doing this will basically eliminate the little stresses. If your a individual who works all day and then comes home to children with homework and dinner to cook, you can get things done so much easier if while dinner is cooking you start homework and then when dinner is eat and the dishes are done you tidy your home for 30 min you will find that your weekends will soon become your own. If you really dedicate 30 min in the evening for just house cleaning by the weekend you will find you really do not have that much to do. There are so many things to do and everyone has there own way of releasing stress.
