Poetry: Love expressed

by Erika Flaten

Created on: May 10, 2008

If I was to own 1000 dresses and only one meant I loved you

I'd wear only that one

If I had a meal in front of me and only the potatoes meant I
loved you

I'd only eat the potatoes

If I was to have library in front of me and only one book
meant I loved you

I'd read only one book

If I was to have a garden in front of me and only one flower
meant I loved you

I'd pick
only one flower

If I was to have a party and only one person there meant I
loved you

I'd have you
