"Fire and Ice"
Our love once burned hot and bright.
Lost in passion from dusk to morning light.
A fiery glow seen for miles and miles.
Flushing faces with radiant smiles.
Kisses that egnited a white hot flame.
Soft murmurs and then crying out your name.
A scorching desire and longing again and again
Beads of sweat like molten lava on bare skin.
A cooling breeze now whispers in the wind.
Broken promises and a heart soon on the mend.
Chilling rain falls heavy drop by drop.
Streams of tears that will not stop.
Icy stares from once famliar loving eyes.
Cold ashes left as the last ember dies.
Memories and snow flakes fall day afer day.
A sweet spirit that has now all flown away.

Are
You used to love me, and show me how much
Now, where are you, when I need your touch
You let me down, and let me go like I

Take my heart within your hands
Twist and crush it all you can,
So much pain I feel within
But tell me do you give a damn?.

Yesterday's whitish-gray crew socks
lost for months but the pair now unlocks
today's rusty wedlock, soon to be lost
