We are growing...
Growing older,
Taking bolder steps in life.
Coping with our grief and strife.
Shedding tears to make way for the smiles,
The miles of laughter,
Which only come after,
The madness,
The sadness we feel.
We are facing,
Not replacing,
The loneliest lonely.
We are only what we are,
Not too far from what we were,
But we're still growing...
