Poetry: Morals

by Opielt

Created on: May 09, 2008

It's sad that every year our beautiful nation is hit with another natural disaster somewhere.
We are a nation full of sin.
We need to repent and start over again.
Homosexuals want their rights.
Atheist working to get rid of in God We Trust.
Almost every TV show is full of lust.
When will we stop this angry war?
That has us broke and begging for more?
Politicians that cant fight a clean fight.
They drag each other through the mud.
I'm surprised there hasn't been blood.
People want to clone themselves to make their lives better.
Send your clone to work you come hither. Let's play Golf, today is good weather'.
Younger and younger our children become aware of drugs that should be no more.
A pill for this. A pill for that.
When will we trust God for this and that?
A nation full of sin
That's what we are.
We need to repent and start over again
Before it's too late and we are at the end.
