Like it or not, the best way to stop the spread of any deadly and incurable disease is to isolate those infected with the disease from the healthy population. That is exactly what the Romans did to people who were infected with leprosy.

If today's leaders of our World would have taken similar action to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS, millions of people World-wide wouldn't have died or be infected with the A.I.D.S. Virus. There still is no cure for that deadly disease, and it continues to spread throughout the World like a brush fire during the drought season in Florida.

In the United States of America, millions of people are infected with the A.I.D.S Virus and millions of people died. Rock Hudson, Anthony Perkins and Liberace are just a few of the famous people who died after they got that deadly virus.

The truth of the matter is that to have sex with a stranger is a truly stupid thing to do. Then again, those who know that they are infected and still seek sex with any willing partner are committing a criminal act and they should be punished for premeditated murder. They know that they will die and they don't care who else they will kill as a result for their behavior.

This is a truly drastic and a truly serious health problem that needs an equally drastic and an equally serious solution to prevent the spread of A.I.D.S. and to entirely remove the virus from the people of the World. That deadly illness has caused the cost of health insurance to rise higher than a kite in a hurricane.

Maybe every person who is infected with the virus should now be quarantined. Then again, it is nearly impossible to find people who are hiding within our society or those drug addicted people who live on the streets or places that a respectable rat wouldn't enter into. To do so would cost hundreds of billions of dollars, but as time passes that virus would be removed from our society. Yes and those Foreigners who enter our Country should also be tested or provide a recent negative test result for the virus before they are permitted entry into our Country.

If you remember, the Republican President Reagan and his Administration were directly responsible for not taking positive action soon after it was discovered that a Gay airline steward from Canada brought the A.I.D.S. Virus into the City of New York way back in 1982. Heaven forbit that the Stock market within that City be closed for even a minute, since New York City is the financial hub of our once great Nation.
