Laughter is the best medicine as they say. It takes all your pain and heartaches away.Finding humor in a situation is not easy as one to three.Yet, I believe that laughing is a good way to release the inner tensions and it also relaxes our mind and body.Laughing also stretches the muscles and tendons in our body.Laughter can also illicit positive relationships with the people around us.It gives a closer interaction to the people we meet in our day to day life.

The situations that we encounter at times can test our capacity to laugh or even just a single smile.In a particular situation it is difficult to maintain even a smile when we feel that the world is against us.After a painful procedure that one needs to undergo it is not easy to give your best smile.When somebody dies and leaves you alone, a smile is suddenly a grueling task that you have to do.When a situation turns out differently, smiling takes forever.If a friend suddenly betrays you instead of smiling you feel like crying.

Finding something to laugh about is subjective.Sometimes what we find funny is not funny for other people.In watching television sitcoms,gag shows and comedy films sometimes we try to find something funny on what the actors portray, but end up thinking over if it is really funny or not.In a boring day to day routine finding something to laugh about is as difficult as obtaining the positive news that we wait.But there are people who finds things funny even in the most depressing moments.Sometimes we find humor as well at the expense of other people.Children are sometimes doing things that for them is humorous to pass up their boredom.

Filipinos are one of those people who can lighten up any difficult situation.Despite every calamities that have sprung out, they can still wear their best smiles.Even in tragedy they still go hand in hand to make the situation as light and as funny as possible.They try to make humor a part of their daily routine.In every household,the family sometimes tell funny stories just before sleeping.Even the issues that hound the government are turn into jokes and funny videos circulated and pass to everyone so that they find something to laugh about.Joke books are everywhere it is sometimes even bought as part of the household and pass to everyone in the family and friends as well as the neighbors.This is again discuss by everyone and each tells what part of the story is the funniest.
