Poetry: Don't ask

by Bob Hob

Created on: May 09, 2008

as i look into your eyes, the thing i truly despise.
as i look into your soul, the thing that makes the world whole.
as i stare at you in the light, oh such a bright light, not only was it
just the light but everything around you that made everything feel right.
But now that your gone there's no more happy songs, no more bright light, no
more eyes to despise, only the cold, dim, winter that will roll on and on.
