Self-Esteem

I have a lot of comprehension for the reason that I have so little of the element of that issue. I have constantly been able to give confidence to others to do grand things and be whom the want to be yet can by no means find the courage with in me to make slow progress out the pit myself of low self-esteem until recently.

I know I can do, like the little engine that could. However, when I get close to the finish I manage to sabotage the whole thing by either giving up or running away. Who would have thought I would run away from success. I had come close a number of times but left just at the end. Right when things start to turn around but that is the way they go for me.

I have had many of great ideals and I have just sat around and let somebody else get the profit from them. While I sit here feeling sorry for myself because I am on disability because my Aunt had to tell my it was all my fault if I had not be born the rest of the family would had been better off. Then the Welfare work did the same thing told me I was trash and that if I had not been born my mother would still be there to raise the rest of the kids.

Confused and rejected by my family unit I had no bona fide associates to speak. The only one I did have was my have possession of little boy and I feared that an important person would seize him from me. Therefore, I did the whole thing to save from harm just for him. I became a stay at home mom and worked on raising my son the best that I could on Welfare. I was frightened that his father would acquire him from me so I did not let the daddy know that he was the father. You can say it was self-centered but I had by now had the rest of my family ripped from me I was not going away to loose my offspring to anyone.

Self-esteem is a very imperative explanation to our social society and it helps to put together a physically powerful personality in the individual to have self-confidence in how they have a discussion and handle existence. Most people with low self-esteem can become time booms if they are pushed to far.

Construction your self-esteem up commencing years of is deficient in of having any is challenging to say the most. Nonetheless, it is possible to be done with the right support system and the love of the right people in your life. The main thing about most low self-esteem individuals is that they do not like who they have become. Therefore, they must first learn to like themselves sooner than they know how to be in motion frontward on any additional issues.

I found that I had to live with me and need to love me no matter what. Thus, I started getting up in the morning and looking in the mirror and saying "Good morning beautiful! You look lovely this morning lets take our dog for a walk" and off we would go."

Been doing this now for about four years and it works. I have more self-esteem than I had in the last 10 years and I am working on going back to school to start my own business at 54. I have the confidence that I can do it with Gods help.
