Poetry: Prince Charming

by Cindi Clarke

Created on: May 08, 2008   Last Updated: December 10, 2008

I'm alone again.
And lonely.
A familiar feeling.
I have friends though.
And I've grown wiser.
It's a little easier to handle now.
Somedays.
I still wish for a man.
Strong.
Handsome.
Understanding.
To hold me.
To love me.
But Prince Charming is in great demand these days.
No more just Mr. Nice Guys.
I deserve the best.
It may take a little longer,
but I think I'm worth it.
