machining actions by various mechanical screws and devices.
Thus precision engineering is false precision.
And it is the same with electronics because we rely on instruments to transpose tiny electron movements into huge numbers we can readily appreciate - so in effect, Science never really leaves the world of gross human power.

Therefore the world of precise human actions is a realm where the modern man fears to tread: like the cowards that get their guns out when ET comes calling. Since ET resides in the world of precision, and we are unfamiliar with that world, our first gut reactions are fear and anger.

If we did precise actions and tabulated the results achieved, then we would build up a different kind of knowledge and a different kind of science altogether would begin to develop.

It is really merely a matter of either placing attention on powerful or placing attention on precision events. Since we fight and fear so much, our culture has developed in such a way as to guide everyone into placing their attention on events of power and as-a-result prying their attention away from events of high skill precision and beauty.

How many of us go to a football game and cheer a precise pass or other precise act? No, we always cheer moments of passion, excitement and glory, always cheering events to do with power. But if we BEGAN to look for precise events at sports games, then we would cultivate stars of greater and greater skill; until eventually, miracles of extremely high precision would be commonplace at every sporting arena.
We are just NOT going to see those miracles if we do NOT look for them and cultivate an expectation and desire to see them as part of usual culture.
Socrates of Dan Millman fame? Well that is a possible example - I stated elsewhere that Socrates was a creation of the US-american psyche.
I objected strongly because the book 'The path of the peaceful; warrior' was full of nonsense and described as false freedom. But the abilities of a Socrates are humanly possible with precision worship.

To be sure, if we cultivated a culture of precision worship -instead of the power worship now- then the rules of the games would change to reflect the change of emphasis.

In summary, there is the law of power applied and result caused, and then there is the law of precise actions and their results caused.
The law of power worship produces the usual effects we are all familiar with: rape, war, death, disease, plague, tornado, earthquake, incest, murder and so on - the
