Using the Internet to work from home has become the best thing next to jelly belly's! When this idea was first introduced to the world, it was a bit sketchy, perhaps because it was new and not entirely tested. Today however, there are many work at home career opportunities to choose from.

The Internet has become a fast growing alternative for working outside the home. Some of the opportunities available for work at home options are:

With more and more website building tools out there, creating an on-line store, business or service is now more than just a dream, it is now the number one way to work at home.

Remember when making crafts were just a weekend hobby? Well now many mothers have turned this hobby into an opportunity to work at home! From baby items to handcrafted jewelry, extra money is just a mouse-click away. Google came up with a great way to work at home and add a few cents to your pocket also with "Google Ad Words" and "Ad sense".

Blogging, the new word of the millennium, has also become the latest craze to make an extra income, working at home. Who would have thought that people will pay to read your daily rants? But they do! If you are a talented writer, crafter, seller, businessman or just have the gift of gab, you could start working at home in a matter of minutes.

Craigslist is another Internet phenomenon in the business world. People are continuously reading and posting want ads for employees, writers, items wanted and more. It started out just an on-line classified spot that quickly grew into a marketplace of business opportunities and great work from home offers.

Using the Internet to work at home is no longer for just researching where bees get their honey but now also where do entrepreneurs make their millions! Of course there are still scams out there; it is the Internet after all. Just be cautious when searching for that new job or career move. Working at home has really never been easier and it is a perfect way to have the best of both worlds, financially speaking. When mother's stayed home to take care of the children and home, it was considered a luxury, now it has become the normal way for a household to make a living.
