ALOT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT MOTORBIKES!
As far as your motorcycles power you can increase it!
weather its a dirt bike or a road bike.
The first step is to get a power pipe for it.
Power pipes use preassure and flow to increase the power output.
the second step is to jet it.
Jetting uses fuel and air mix to increase the power again.
there are other ways to increase power output but they can have their consequences
Running a hotter spark plug
Running a hotter spark plug gives you even more power but you can risk burning your piston!
If your looking to buy a motorbike you can ask for the people at the place that you buy it from to jet it and put a power pipe on or you can do it yourself.
When looking to buy a dirt bike that has a maximum power level you should start by looking at the 2-strokes because they can output almost twice the power a 4 stroke can but you have less torque.
2-strokes are mainly used for racing because they are light and have great power.
but the down side to the 2-strokes is that they have the oil mixed in with the fuel instead of an independent oil supply, making it harder to lubricate them so they generally do not last as long as the 4-strokes.
The 4 strokes however have an independent oil source that you don't mix with the fuel but Putin seperatly.
The fact that the 4-strokes are well lubricated means that they can live for a very long time
and the fuel consumption is almost half that of a 2-strokes.
4-strokes are heavier due to the independent oil and the fact that they have valves.
4-strokes are slower to accelerate because they do 4 strokes and 2 strokes only do 2.
2-strokes get 60% more of their power when they are in the high revs (much like a turbo charger 4-stroke) but 4 strokes have an even amount of power spread out over all the revs with slightly more in the high revs.
There are alot of motorbike brands around to choose from.
Yammaha
KTM
Honda
Kawasaki
Suzuki
I would recommend the Honda's bikes because i know the brand really well
on the other hand Yammaha bikes are easier to maintain and cheaper to.
The KTM bikes are the best but also the most expensive to buy, fix, and maintain.
I dont really know much about the others but i know Kawasaki has a good range of bikes.
If your looking for something thats smooth to ride then look at the 4-strokes because they have alot or torque but less power.
The 4-stroke motorbikes are usually used in trail riding
