Congress is and will always be the home of many elected representatives that put their own interests and their lobbyist interests before the American peoples' interest. Having said that, Congress is still 1 percent more popular than Bush. As long as Congress has Democrats and Republicans, issues that one party or the other disagree on will never pass unless the the issue is brought up by the party that is in control of Congress.

It is very sad that America allows our government to spend money the way our government spends money. Earmarks for ridiculous items go unchecked and sometimes pass without even a vote. The President of the United States is limited if he is Republican and the House is controlled by Democrats. Its uncanny that people could have such wide diversity in their opinions, based solely on whether they are a Conservative or a Liberal.

America faces yet another recession, astronomically high deficit, record foreclosures, yet we pay one million dollars to move a Senator from one office to another. There have been reports of abuse with the government credit cards. You would think I would choose the other category of Agree. All in all Congress is Congress and will always be.

Bush however is a different story. His administration is responsible for thousands of young people dieing in Iraq for no reason whatsoever. We have spent billions on a war that should have never been waged. Bush has done nothing to curb the astronomical rise in oil prices. He stands to make millions himself from the high prices in oil, due to he is an oil man. Thirty billion dollars was earmarked to combat aids in Africa. I am all for helping people, but God has let Aids in Africa spread for a reason. We should not interfere. Their immoral behaviors will not change. All the money in the world will not stop Aids in Africa. Bush has passed signed a bill called The Stimulus Package. Many people will get checks. Most of the low income people will spend their money on catching up bills. Middle class will too. This bill shot our deficit out the roof. It will do 0 for our economy.

People all over America are being forced out of their homes. We build homes in Iraq. Katrina was disaster for our response teams. We feed Iraqis and pay them to work. We train Iraqi soldiers so Al-Queda can infiltrate the Iraqi forces and learn how we fight, thus putting our soldiers in even greater danger. Bush likes to talk the talk and bully other countries. What Bush fails to understand is, he cannot just walk
