Global Warming! A phenomena we all feel and understand, but why do not we stop it?
Is it because there is no method available to stop it?
We can all reduce it, if not stop it. One way is to reduce the amount of Carbon emissions from cars.
Here are some reasons for you to stop using those fueled run cars:
In urban areas the road traffic is the major source of pollution, comprising of Nitrogen Oxides, Carbon Monoxide and other harmful gases.
Diesel runned cars contain tiny particles that can be inhaled.
Amount of fuel required for a car is linked to the amount og gas emissions meaning by buying a fuel efficient car not only are you reucing your costs, but you are also saving the environment.
How to reduce emissions?
Go greeen! According to choice.com.au Toyota Corolla is the most fuel efficient car and also the 2nd best seller. Among other fuel efficient cars are; Toyota Aurion, Toyota Camry, Toyota, Yaris, Hyundai Getz and Mazda 3.
For those who really want to make a difference, please also consider carpooling. Carpooling is not much of a practised action but it is certainly helpful. It basically means to share rides. For e.g if you are going to the office then you can share a ride with your firends. This way you will be helping the environment in two ways. Less traffic and thus cars would be running for a shorter period of time. Instead of using 2 cars you would be using 1 car for getting 2 people to work. You might think that how is one day going to help at all, well believe me it does.
Here are some do's and dont's
When purchasing a new car do ask the salesperson that how much fuel does the car use per KM. The more the worse.
Don't keep the car running when you are not in it.
Do check the internet for car upgrades.
Do perform the act of carpooling
