I don't get this at all. I really wish someone would explain to me why it is so different to display male body parts as apposed to female body parts. For years now men have sported chrome or other forms of the naked female with those types of decals, but that's OK.
We've got decals showing little boys and girls peeing on things. This too seems to be OK. Now people are getting upset because some guy wants part of the male privates swinging from his trailer hitch? Come on people, how picky can we get?
First of all it's none of my or anyone else's business what either I or someone else does to their cars and trucks as long as it doesn't endanger anyones life. I'm 52 years old and maybe it makes me weird but I don't have a problem with seeing those things at all.
Perhaps if people were paying more attention to where they are going then looking at someones trailer hitch it wouldn't bother them either. Maybe there'd even be less accidents.
It's the same with the sagging pants the boys wear. It's not OK for them to wear those but a female can wear a shirt that shows her entire cleavage, can wear the low rider jeans with her thong straps showing and if not that then they are showing a little of their upper pubic area.
Why are we suddenly having all these double standards? Where do people get off thinking they have any right in telling us what we can or can not have on our cars or what kind of clothes we can wear?
I thought it was bad enough when they banned the bumper stickers that carried nasty words. Who cares? That's what I'd like to know. Who has so much time on their hands that they can do nothing but complain about things that are in no way hurting another human being?
What hurts is the fact that all that money is going to waste on something so stupid and not for what really needs to be done. Instead of using it to discuss whether or not we should allow male body parts to swing from trailer hitches use it to discuss why we haven't put that man to death that molested and buried alive that little girl.
Use it to discuss why Florida has the largest amount of sex offenders then any other state and why we are allowing them to live near our schools and day-cares. Use it to discuss how we can improve our school system. How we can protect more children from abuse. Come up with more rigid punishment for those who persist in driving drunk and hurting other people.
This entire country seems to want to concentrate on things that simply do not matter instead of really fixing the things that do. Kind of makes you go hmmmmm. Makes you wonder why. Is this country really that easy to run that our congressmen have time to discuss male body parts and sagging pants? If it is, I'll take a shot at it.
