For a great vacation look no further than Anna Maria Island, Florida!

Paradise is the only word I can use to describe Anna Maria Island, Florida. As soon as your feet hit the perfect white sands of the Anna Maria Island beach, you will understand what I mean. In my opinion, the beach is the place to stay when vacationing here. There are numerous activities to do on and above the water so pack your swim suit and sunscreen and be ready to let loose and have fun!

Whether you like to stay on the water, in the water, or soar high above it, you will have no trouble finding plenty of water sports and activities to keep you busy while on vacation. On the water, you can enjoy boating, fishing, and my personal favorite, kayaking. You can rent a kayak for a day, or even a week and explore waters. Boats are also available to rent, take one out for day and fish, or just set out on the open sea and relax. Or go on an exciting scuba diving adventure and swim with the fish. Take the whole family scuba diving and see underwater creatures you may not have seen up close before, and learn about the environment they live in. If you're up for an aerial view of the beach, you can go on an exhilarating parasailing adventure above the water. In my experience parasailing is one of the most thrilling experiences you can have on the beach, and is also incredible safe. You can parasail alone, or with someone else, so this is an activity that you and your significant other can experience together and create a memory.
If you decide at any point in your vacation that you want to stay dry and stay on land, you can still have a great time, there are bikes available to rent. Ride a bike along the beach, explore the attractions, enjoy the weather, or even meet new people. If you brought the whole family this could be a good activity for the kids, who are always up for a fun bike ride. If you aren't into biking you can always take a walk along the shoreline and see what all the beach has to offer or just relax, sunbathe, and take in the beautiful views.
Whether you spend your time boating, biking, flying high about the waters, swimming down below with the fish, chatting up the locals, or just relaxing on the beach, you are sure to have a great vacation when visiting Anna Maria Island, Florida.
