Terrorism in the United States

Our very own government is to blame for terrorism in the United States. The George Bush Jr. ruled United States government, is the largest terrorist organization in the entire world. Terrorism is defined as a threatened use of force by a person or organized group with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies' for ideological or political reasons. Terrorism has been running rampant in Iraq since the "occupation" in 2003, uncontrolled even with the help of the American government! Iraqis' are being forced into accepting a "democratic" way of life completely unknown to their people, in the name of fighting terrorism.

Terrorism has been used against populations for thousands of years to oppress citizens of corrupt governments. Using terrorism helps the people with control gain more power. In a free society, there is no possible way to eliminate terrorism. Any person could be considered a terrorist at any given time, and there is no way for a government to "protect" its citizens from terrorism. Terrorism is an ideal, a scare tactic, designed to manipulate the masses, and erode personal rights and freedom.

When has a colored "terror alert" ever saved a single American life? Our government has consistently instilled fear mongering on the population by warning of terrorist attacks that never happen, they are truly the terrorists! With "terror alerts", how many Americans were needlessly scared, and given no idea of what to expect? When government officials are notified of impending danger that has the potential of mass destruction, death, and chaos on American soil, and they have the ability and resources to help, and do nothing, is that not terrorism?

If we have a government that respects its citizens, and only means well, what happened in New Orleans? Our government didn't lift a finger for almost 5 days after the storm! If our government wants to stop terrorism, why are our borders wide open? A terrorist from anywhere in the world could successfully cross either border at any time, with a nuclear or biological weapon and potentially kill millions of American citizens, and our government does nothing, why? The war on terrorism is a no more a war against terrorism, than it is a war against the rights and freedoms of the American people.
