Malaria and coughs are common illnesses that can easily be cured with natural fruits and seeds around us. Natural medicine is not just about increasing the physical life force of the individual, it is a call to break loose the chains of ignorance about all these natural remedies nature has provided us with. In conclusion, fruits and seeds are good for the general upkeep and maintenance of the body. Eat plenty of onions, carrots, garlic and ginger. They are natural body cleansers. As much as possible drink home- made fruit juices in preference to those industrial preparations. These are natural remedies against sicknesses. Prevention, they say is better than cure. This article is an enlightenment to cheap and natural cures for malaria and coughs.I have personally tried each of them and I am writing from experience that they actually work.
