The Christian music industry has an amazing variety of tunes any teen can enjoy! There is uplifting gospel and praise and worship to traditional organ music. There is Christian country to Christian rock! I find several different Christian genres inspirational! What I find even more exciting, is that the concerts and events one can attend. There, they give messages through speaking and music!

There is nothing better than listening to something so powerful! Music that sends us reminders and messages of hope, love, strength, understanding, better faith, and more. Some can bring you to tears with compassion. Others, can lift your soul and enhance your abilities to endure struggles life brings. Teens needs encouragement! They need to understand that there are many others seeking ways to learn more about God! Sharing music is one good way to spread the word of God!

Jars of Clay, Audio Adrenaline, Mercy Me, Three Crosses, DC Talk, Skillet, are some mainstream Christian pop and rock bands. Carmen, Michael W. Smith, Cadmen's Call, and Brother's Keeper are examples of songs of Christian Contemporary that can offer enlightenment and encouragement. All have a wonderful message to send out to save teens who are yet to be Christians and offer guidance and strength for those already saved.

Check out Christian events locally and statewide. If you can take a group of teens to a concert or convention, there can be many bands playing for free or a small fee. Some even accept donations only! They play in fields, churches, coffee shops, youth group events, and much more!

Christian Teens is an online site for teens to share listening to Christian music and more. There are links for their journey in learning more about God as well.

Christian Internet Radio is one way a teen can enjoy listening and exploring what types of Christian music they like!
