"Pseudo Poet"
Surrounded by things
not of the self I portray
but the essence of who I am
A musician at heart
without the ability to read notes
but comforted by
the fine design of strings
against the cool feel
of an acoustic guitar
A corner dedicated
to Van Gogh and Picasso
with splattered paint
even on the walls
from enthusiastic strokes
by an artist never realized
The theme is random
eclectic, and wild
the house of an adult
but the home of a child
And I feel fine
because today I am a pseudo poet
but tomorrow...
I can be anything
by simply turning
in another direction
... and they said,
"She always played so well alone"
but they don't know,
I'm never alone with
I M A G I N A T I O N

We are an echo.
