Poetry: My angel

by Cruella Deville

Created on: May 02, 2008

your secrets don't bleed truth anymore
and you're empty inside, your pain still lingers.
your tears don't flow justice upon us,
they speak of sacrifice no more.
your death means nothing today,
think again, before you climb that hill.
your words don't burn our flesh,
we're deaf to your preaching.
you've got one last ace up your sleeve:
do that resurrection trick,
let's see if we buy it once more!
