Casual
Heavy breathing makes it humid.
Under this heat we are blind.
My hands light your body.
I will find you with my mouth.
I can smell your heart through your chest.
I can feel the difference between you and me.
I can see my mistakes through your eyes.
I can hide this pressure inside of you.
It's easy when there's no feeling.
It's easy when our eyes are red.
Maybe that's why the door is closed.
Maybe that's why I'm stiff all of the time.
When I'm transformed I'm natural.
Don't let me mistreat you.
Just drown me in my misery.
Then tell me I'm worth it.

There was a time I thought I knew
with certainty,
yet
