Poetry: Missing someone

by His Lady

Created on: May 02, 2008

I miss you..
I can't touch your hand, or kiss your lips again
your embrace has long been forgotten by my skin
the hints of your fragrance are no longer in the air
traces of your laughter, i can hardly remember
when i call your name i hear resonating silence
missing you is my portion..what else can i do?
forgetting you is not an option, only memories.
I miss you.
