Where else can you see men going speeds of 190 or more miles an hour on a track that is 500 laps to the checker flag?Nascar is more then entertainment for there fans.Its a growing popularity because of its excitement for the sport of racing.To have there favorite driver compete with other drivers where it is on open road there are rules you should obey by.There are no rules in Nascar on the track how fast you should go when that green flag is waving but when that yellow flag is waving they should be caution how fast they go, if a red flag wave come to a complete stop,watch your speeds going down pit lane.Nascar is popular because of the vast population of fans verses drivers.What would Nascar be without them,including the owners,sponsors,everyone that has put in to Nascar that made this sport possible.Every time some fan buys a ticket to see the race or bought something with that Nascar logo on it has a say so in the sport i love.

Since the 1940's and till now we have seen a growth of driver's,fans,owner's,sponsors ,and also merchandise of there favorite driver.The Beginning of Nascar the only way normal people like me and you could listen to the races were either at the races,or by radio.Now there are TV's,cell phone's,on line,and many other ways to root for your favorite driver to go to victory lane.This wouldn't be possible without the media i believe.Every time someone turns there TV on they see Nascar on and say hey this look interesting.Maybe I'll like it or maybe I'll like to work there or even go to the races.When this happens more and more people each day become fascinated with it.Its more then smell of tires burning,the roar of the crowd,going to the concession stand,souvenir shop,to some they were born into it by families loving it,
rooting for family who drives professionally,or seeing them have a terrible crash and end up at a hospital or even die.To know they are out there ever weekend busting there tail doing what they loved to do is why i think Nascar is popular.To tell people and there families there is always a job out there with your name on it.I believe if you work so hard to get what you want anything is possible and those driver's have proving that.

The media is up more then 50% since the 40's and the the sponsors are up more then 60%.A long time ago baseball was more popular but by the 2000's there is been increased viewers in Nascar the only sport that is closer is football by what i can see.After the great legend Dale Earnhardt died there was great increase of viewer's by over a million people.As the vast of margin of people who watch the sport we call Nascar and the media i believe Nascar will grow and grow and probably be the most popular sport around.
