I look like my dad..
I tend to move quite slowly now,
and find aches when I do,
I find that stairs are murderous,
and toe nails grow thick too.
I find my hair becoming thin,
and teeth are sadly missed,
my arms sare thinner than before,
and lips are seldom kissed.
But I have grown distinguished and,
can cope with all the losses,
I still feel so much better than,
those bodies under crosses.
I found a sense of humour too,
I smile since I now know,
where I am is where you will be,
before you blooming know!

What do you mean?
Been there done that.

I'm twice that now and feel young and sporty.
I walk two miles most every day.
I do chores,
